Well folks,
The original plan was to mosey on up to UC Davis and play some soccer for Fall 2012 semester on the women’s D1 team with some girls I used to play with back in high school….BUT THEN!
I decided to check my appeal status for UC Berkeley. Yes, I didn’t get admitted originally, probably due to the fact that there were more than 16,000 transfer applicants for only 3,700 admission spots, which is a bullshit-crap-shoot admission rate of only 24%.
Considering I have a 3.24 cumulative GPA, I don’t even know why I bothered applying, let alone appealing thereafter my rejection. But alas, when I was told by a UCB admissions counselor that the success rate of appeals is 3%, you can imagine my shock when I was welcomed by this picture when I logged on to check my appeal status.
I am officially stoked off my ass that I get to move back home to the Bay Area and ditch this ‘dank’ little bubble of tourism paradise that is Santa Barbara.

  10. My old neighbor, Fire Penguin Disco Panda walked with us today at graduation. He is my old neighbor here in SB, and he is such a sweet man.

Finally done with 2 years at SBCC with 3 AA’s….now off to UC Berkeley!
